Certain industries became stronger, specifically those in medical mask, glove and equipment manufacturing, which reached new heights in the export market due to extensive demand around the world, and it became the driving force for the logistics industry. South East Asia became a hub of export. However, the demand caused challenges for logistics including there being a shortage in containers globally as they got stuck in America and Europe due to vessels and airlines running on limited slots. There were also extensive delays on arrivals because of quarantine procedures. Now back to operating as normal, the focus for JPS is on the future, where it is looking forward to resuming projects that have been on hold for the past two years. The company also hopes to grow its team, as well as keep developing its levels of professionalism and customer service in order to always be at its very best and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met.
