Dato’ Sri Dr Zulkharnain Ismail is the founder of WQ Park, a Consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon with almost three decades’ experience. He believes that rehabilitation is the key phase of someone’s recovery, and by establishing WQ Park, he aspires to give hope to individuals and improve their quality of life. Established in 2010 by a teamof doctors and specialists, WQ ParkHealth & Rehabilitation Centre is Malaysia’s first private outpatient rehabilitation facility. They work with a variety of mental health issues, help patients who are suffering with anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, and any behavioural disorder for both adults and children. Their psychiatrist can diagnose, treat, and prevent mental, emotional, and behavioural disorders with the use of medication, neuromodulation, and psychotherapy. Additionally, WQ Park has partnered with Mercy Malaysia to provide healthcare services to all Malaysians. This collaboration is to ensure that the mental health and wellbeing of the underprivileged in Malaysia is being addressed and taken care of.
