This includes manning agencies, ship management companies, maritime training institutes, and other allied service companies. “We initially started with one maritime client,” Jomar recalled. “The client was pleased with our way of doing work and so they gave us all their other legal problems, including those of their affiliate companies. Eventually, we were recommended to other companies by mere word of mouth.” Soon after, Hizola Law began to diversify into other industries such as finance, construction, entertainment, retail, real estate, and food and beverage.
