At the helm of SHAREWORK is Quyen Nguyen, its Founder and CEO. Quyen has accumulated more than two decades of experience in the IT industry, her expertise spanning project management, strategic consulting, and senior executive roles. She has developed essential skills such as advanced risk management, global digital transformation consulting, and international supply chain and human resource management, which have served as critical launchpads that enable Quyen to lead a comprehensive enterprise today. As CEO of SHAREWORK, Quyen is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic vision, driving technological innovation, and cultivating an agile corporate culture. She consistently demonstrates the crucial leadership skills developed over the course of her career, remaining highly engaged in major, high-stakes projects and continuously updating the company’s tech stack to guide and inspire the SHAREWORK team. I trust the capabilities of our young professionals and give them the space to innovate.” At present, the BPO industry is undergoing a massive paradigm shift from “low-cost, labourintensive operations” to “hightech, AI-integrated workflows”, creating greater demand for AI-powered BPO services. SHAREWORK proactively anticipated this wave, having built an AI-trained workforce and established a dedicated Prompt Engineering team early on to capture this market shift ahead of competition. Under Quyen’s leadership, SHAREWORK has pivoted heavily toward a Human + AI Hybrid Operation model. This means that instead of simply providing raw human resource outsourcing, the team delivers operational solutions that are significantly enhanced by AI productivity tools. She told us, “We have perfected the integration of AI into data processing, AI data annotation, and content moderation. This technical maturity allows our clients to slash operational costs by 30% to 40% compared to traditional models.” Now, the team is heavily accelerating the development of AI transformation solutions for global SMEs whilst aggressively expanding its strategic client base in Europe and Japan, with the aim of establishing SHAREWORK as a premier partner to the global market.
