We are investing in clinician training, strengthening our governance systems, and exploring partnerships that allow us to deliver more culturally responsive and community-based interventions.
“We are also working on new professional development programs for support workers and SIL providers, designed to lift sector capability and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of behaviour plans across the state.”
