The solar array takes the massive sunlight in the day, supplying the local Grid, and buying it back at night - 100% sustainable, without the use of Batteries. Our wastewater Garden refines all our wastewater, without chemicals, for the gardens in the dry season; and we compost all our high standard restaurant's organic waste.
