The Law and Justice Foundation of NSW is an independent statutory body and trusted source of research expertise on access to justice issues for the NSW community and beyond. The Foundation's objects are to: contribute to the development of a fair and equitable justice system that addresses the legal needs of the community; and improve access to justice for the community, particularly people experiencing social and economic disadvantage.
