LeadWomen is a social enterprise with the mission of getting more women on Boards of Directors. We do this through advocacy & awareness raising, unique training methodologies for both supply (high potential women leaders) and demand (corporate looking for the right talent), networking & visibility opportunities and positioning consultancy. We also provide consultancy and training for corporates building their Inclusion and Diversity Programmes and Blueprints. While we started with a focus on gender diversity, we are expanding to drive inclusion and wider diversity in corporate Malaysia.
