We dry the whole fruit ensuring there is zero waste, and at a low temperature to ensure all nutrients are kept in the fruit, this also ensures that they have a longer shelf life – min. 18 months.

Once dried and powdered the product needs very little storage space but packs a punch when replacing fresh fruit – the drying process intensifies the flavour.
