Ray built the business from 1999 onward, and from 2008 Ben joined the company with extensive experience across sales, leasing, and management. Together they have grown the business to manage more than 500 retail, commercial, and industrial properties. In 2025, Amy became a Director after working closely with Ray and Ben for nearly 13 years, further strengthening the companies leadership and client focused approach.
