News GoDaddy, Infoblox, Google and Cloudflare have demonstrated how AI agents can securely complete transactions across independent online platforms using existing internet standards. Unveiled at GovWare 2026 during Singapore International Cyber Week, the Chain of Trust is an open reference architecture that enables organizations to discover, identify and authenticate AI agents throughout a transaction. The architecture was developed in collaboration with Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), based on principles in its Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI (v1.5). AI agents are increasingly being used to search for products, compare prices and securely complete purchases for people and businesses. McKinsey & Co. estimates AI agents could facilitate $3 trillion to $5 trillion in global consumer purchases by 2030. But as AI-driven commerce grows, establishing trust across platforms remains a challenge. Today, most platforms independently verify agents using closed systems, leaving businesses with limited visibility into how an agent’s identity was verified or whether it can be trusted. These disconnected and sometimes incoherent approaches make it difficult to establish consistent, verifiable trust across the broader AI ecosystem. The Chain of Trust runs on the agentic open web. It connects layers of controls, each built on open standards and established internet protocols. A business can check an agent at every step, from discovery to payment to audit across platforms. The architecture gives organizations: • Trust. Every agent carries a unique, signed identity that any party can verify for itself on every transaction, enabling organizations to transact securely. • Control. No single platform decides which agents an organization can do business with: Businesses and governments choose which agents to trust, based on verifiable signals. A person sets what an agent may buy and how much it can spend in a signed Agent Payments GoDaddy, Infoblox, Google and Cloudflare Demonstrate Secure AI Agent Transactions Across Platforms Protocol (AP2) mandate, and merchants and payment providers can check every purchase against it. • Interoperability. Because the chain builds on infrastructure the internet already runs on, such as DNS, and on open standards, it works across platforms, clouds and agent protocols rather than only inside one vendor’s system. • Transparency. Every registration and every transaction is written to append-only logs, so any later change to a logged record is visible to anyone who checks it. Each layer is verified separately, so passing one check does not bypass the others. How the chain works Each layer of the architecture relies on an open standard: • Discovery. Leverages Agent Resources Discovery (ARD) for resource and capability discovery or DNS-AID for DNS-based lookup, to find which agents exist and where they run. • Identity. Establishes a registered identity that anyone can verify from public evidence, not just a certificate the agent presents in a single session (the open Agent Name Service standard, ANS, alongside the Secure Production Identity Framework for Everyone (SPIFFE) for the identity of each running instance). • Authorization. Establishes who controls an agent and what it may do (OAuth). • Communication. Allows agents to reach tools and each other (Agent2Agent, or A2A, and the Model Context Protocol, or MCP). • Payment. Carries the person’s signed authorization and the agent’s identity into the checkout (AP2 and the Universal Commerce Protocol, or UCP). • Traceability. Records what happened and who is responsible in an append-only log, with a signed receipt that anyone can check offline (Supply Chain Integrity, Transparency and Trust). • Trust. Turns a verified identity into an evidence-based score computed from public attestations rather than self-description (the open Trust Index). Industry collaboration with Singapore’s IMDA shows how open internet standards can verify AI agent identities and establish trust throughout a financial transaction.

The demonstration at GovWare The demonstration at GovWare by GoDaddy, Infoblox, Google and Cloudflare simulated a complete agentic purchase of a flight from Madrid to Singapore among agents that did not know each other in advance and did not operate on the same platform. The mock buyer agent ran on Amazon Web Services, the seller agent was hosted on Cloudflare Workers, and the mandate authority and the verifier agent ran on Google. Because every layer uses open standards, the same chain can run on any cloud or platform. A person approved a purchase with a passkey, and an independent approval service issued signed AP2 mandates that set what the mock buyer agent could buy, from whom and up to what amount. The mock buyer agent found a seller through DNS and ARD. It checked the seller’s identity against the public log and the approval service checked the seller’s open Trust Index score against the person’s minimum requirement. The mock buyer agent then completed the simulated purchase over UCP, with payment through Stripe. The demo also incorporated rogue scenarios, including a look-alike seller and forged credentials, and the Chain of Trust stopped each before a transaction occurred. Every step, from discovery through payment, was recorded in an append-only log that anyone can inspect. “Realising the potential of agentic AI will require trusted and interoperable foundations that can support responsible deployment at scale. Robust agent identity will be a key part of that. IMDA will continue to support industry experimentation and open standards that put the principles of our Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI into practice, helping businesses innovate with greater confidence and accountability,” said Lee Wan Sie, cluster director, AI governance and safety at IMDA. “We don’t need to rebuild the internet for AI agents. By extending the open standards that have connected the internet for decades, we can give agents a verifiable identity that works across platforms,” said Jared Sine, chief strategy and legal officer at GoDaddy. “We’re grateful to Singapore’s IMDA and our partners for showing what’s possible when the industry builds together.” “The internet works because anyone can discover and connect with a website, regardless of who built it or where it’s hosted,” said Wei Chen, executive vice president of regulatory strategy at Infoblox. “AI agents need that same open foundation. We appreciate IMDA’s leadership in advancing trusted AI ecosystems and the opportunity to collaborate with industry partners to help make that vision a reality. By extending DNS and other established internet standards to agent discovery and identity verification, we’re helping create a system where businesses can independently verify who they’re dealing with, without relying on a single platform to decide who can be trusted.” “As autonomous AI agents move into real-world enterprise workflows, establishing an open, verifiable Chain of Trust is essential,” said Rao Surapaneni, vice president, Gemini Enterprise and Agent Governance Platform at Google Cloud AI. “We are thrilled to collaborate with Singapore’s IMDA and industry partners to operationalize their pioneering Agentic AI Governance Framework. By grounding multi-agent interactions in open standards, from capability discovery with ARD, to agent communication via A2A, and verifiable user mandates through AP2, we are enabling organizations to deploy autonomous agents with transparency, control, and scale.” “For agentic AI to succeed at global scale, security and trust cannot be locked inside platforms. By running seller agents and trust checks at the network edge on open Internet standards, we can ensure that every transaction is fast, verifiable, and secure across any platform. We’re proud to partner with Singapore’s IMDA and industry partners to build a safer, open agentic web,” said Stephanie Cohen, Chief Strategy Officer, Cloudflare.

Every sustainability conversation touching the business market lately circles back to carbon, packaging, or supply chains. Those things matter. But there’s a sustainability question most businesses across Australia and Asia haven’t been asked yet, and it might be the more important one. Will your business still be standing, thriving, and serving its people five years after you step away from it? That’s not a rhetorical question. Across the region, a wave of founders are approaching the point where they need to think seriously about succession. Many built valuable businesses. Fewer built businesses that can run, grow, and hold their value without them in the room. That gap is one of the biggest hidden risks facing the economy right now, quietly sitting inside thousands of businesses that look healthy on paper. Here’s why that matters for corporate social responsibility, not just for an owner’s retirement plans. A business that depends entirely on one person isn’t just fragile for that person. It’s fragile for everyone connected to it. Employees who’ve built careers there. Customers who rely on continuity. Suppliers and communities who’ve come to count on the business being there next year, and the year after that. If the whole structure only works because the founder is holding it together through sheer effort, that’s not resilience. It’s exposure, dressed up as loyalty. Real sustainability, the kind that shows up in how a business treats its people and its community, starts with structure. It means building leadership depth so decisions don’t stall waiting on one person’s calendar. It means documenting how things get done, so knowledge doesn’t leave when someone does. It means creating a business that could be sold, passed on, or handed to a strong internal team, and still deliver for the people who depend on it. We see this play out constantly with business owners across Australia and Asia who are, whether they’d admit it or not, exit-curious. Maybe it was a milestone birthday that got them thinking. Maybe someone made an informal approach to buy the business. Maybe they’re just tired, and quietly wondering Real Sustainability Starts With Succession what happens if they stepped back for six months. Whatever the trigger, the question underneath is usually the same. Have I built a job, or have I built an asset? That distinction sits at the heart of genuine business sustainability. A job depends on you. An asset doesn’t. A job disappears the day you stop showing up. An asset keeps generating value, keeps employing people, keeps serving customers, keeps contributing to the wider economy, long after you’ve handed over the keys. For business owners in the two million dollar plus turnover range especially, this is worth sitting with. You’ve likely spent years proving the business works. The next chapter is proving it works without you needing to demonstrate that every single day. That shift, from founder-dependent to founderindependent, is one of the most responsible moves a business owner can make. It protects your team’s livelihoods. It protects your customers’ trust. It protects the broader business market from another business that quietly closes its doors because there was no plan for what came next. Sustainability and corporate social responsibility conversations will keep expanding to cover new ground, and they should. But don’t let the environmental and social headlines crowd out the more foundational question sitting under your own roof. Is the business you’ve built designed to outlast you? If you’re not sure, that uncertainty is worth exploring before it becomes urgent. About YBM: Your Business Momentum works with established business owners across Australia and Asia who are ready to build businesses that don’t depend on them to keep running. Cofounded by Greg Gunther and Joshna Daya, YBM helps owners close the gap between having a valuable business and having a saleable one, through systemisation, leadership development, and succession readiness. Most Innovative Motor Core Manufacturing Company 2026 & EV Motor Core Technology Innovation Excellence Award 2026 With the rise of electric vehicles in recent years, it seems like APAC’s motor core market is just getting started. This may be true, but it has a long and storied history in Taiwan in particular, thanks in no small part to I HSIN Machine Co., LTD. Now into its seventh decade, this motor core stamping, mould design, and manufacturing company has been innovating and benefiting the world around it from the off. Sheng Hui Hang, its vice president, was on hand to tell us more about its products and its work as I HSIN is celebrated twice in the inaugural edition of the APAC Manufacturing Awards. Motor cores are central magnetic components in electric motors. They are made up of stator and rotor laminations, with these efficiently converting electrical energy into mechanical motions. Several critical functions are carried out by these motor cores, from supporting the mechanical stability of the components to reducing energy loss and optimising performance. Their importance makes them common across a number of industries, and they can be found in everything from household appliances and industrial machines to electric vehicles. Covering all types of motor core lamination, including for electric vehicles, robots, drones, and so on, I HSIN Machine Co., LTD. delivers a comprehensive range of motor core manufacturing technology, of which selfbonding, in-die gluing, TIG, YAG, and interlock are some of the primary examples. The company also offers mould design and manufacturing, raw material procurement, stamping, and die casting, all in-house. Behind all of these services is the 63 years of experience I HSIN has under its belt, given it was founded in Taiwan in 1963. This gives it the distinction of being the oldest professional motor core stamping factory in Taiwan, in addition to being the largest and the one with the biggest market share. The latter can be attributed to the company’s ongoing pursuit of technical innovation, with quality continuously improving largely as a result of the rigorous and detailed research and development it has been completing since the early 1980s. “I HSIN continually commits to excellence and integrity through pursuing innovation and quality, enhancing capacity and technology, and cooperating with our customers to create a bright, shared future together.” However, I HSIN has been a leading motor core company since day one, even expanding over the decades to today include three factories spread across Taiwan and China. These locations position it favourably to offer a supply chain close to its partners and customers, especially those working in the region’s bustling electric vehicle (EV) market. This includes local brands like Voyah, NIO, and Gogoro, as well international names such as Volvo. As well as the EV industry, its work in which has netted the company our EV Motor Core Technology Innovation Excellence Award 2026, other clients that I HSIN works with include major motor, robot, and drone makers. Its products also have applications across machine tools, fans, and water pumps, hinting at just some of the leading manufacturers the company has worked with over the years as a result of its array of uses. Big names chose I HSIN because of its rich experience and reputation for high-quality motor core manufacturing and mould design technology, which are two of the primary areas covered by its teams. Here, it is distinguished by the fact that it boasts the most complete specifications in Taiwan at its warehouse, with around 600 sets of moulds. Thanks to their years of experience, staff here are capable of producing moulds that meet all of their customers’ requirements – effectiveness, cost efficiency, and otherwise. All of its custom moulds can be completely tailored, and those throughout the factory are subject to regular maintenance and upkeep, ensuring the highest standards are achieved across every creation. For 35 years I HSIN Machine Co., LTD

APAC Insider- Q4 2026 | 9 know more about this storied, innovative company to do so below. Contact: Sheng Hui Huang Company: I HSIN Machine Co., LTD Web Address: http://ihsin.com.tw/ now, I HSIN has also leveraged the pioneering self-riveting mould technology it created, which optimises processes and creates higher efficiency than its competitors. Its use of three-row moulds is another perk, reducing manufacturing time costs and meeting demands in the case of a mass production order. It is thanks to all of this that I HSIN is today trusted by domestic and international customers, exporting to countries like Mainland China, Japan, Thailand, and even as far away as the US. Such a wide reach is indicative of I HSIN having the number one market share in the self-bonding motor core lamination industry last year, as well as being the world number one for self-bonding motor core mass production in EVs and consistently boasting the number one market share in the wider Taiwanese motor core lamination industry. These achievements can be attributed in part to the quality policy that I HSIN has developed and refined over the years, with this based on its business philosophy. Essentially, this spans implementing management, focusing on quality, and pursuing growth. Objectives have been set, operations implemented, and measures improved continuously as a result, with policy appropriateness verified and goal achievement worked towards through reviews by the company’s tenured management team, including VP Sheng Hui. Working sustainably has been a massive part of I HSIN’s development for many years now, and it is proud to possess some of the most recognisable certifications and accreditations in the world. These include ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, as well as the carbon footprint label from Taiwan’s Environment Protection Administration. I HSIN is also certified as lead-free compliant by the Restriction of Hazardous Substances and compliant with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals). It has balanced this sustainable focus with the aforementioned commitment to technological innovation, something best seen through its line of quality control equipment. Comprising various small measuring instruments, 2D measuring instruments, noncontact 3D measuring machines, tool microscopes, rotor detectors, and multifunctional hardness machines, this range continues to make I HSIN’s exceptional products and services possible. Finally, having recently introduced the third generation of the selfbonding curing manufacturing line, I HSIN is reflecting on what is next for a company that has been the reference point in its dynamic and evolving field for more than 60 years. Sheng Hui told us in closing: “Through continuing to persist with quality, pursue innovation, and create value, we are determined to become an admirable enterprise built to permanently lead.” As I HSIN Machine Co., LTD. is recognised with two titles here in the APAC Manufacturing Awards, named Most Innovative Motor Core Manufacturing Company 2026 and provided with our EV Motor Core Technology Innovation Excellence Award 2026, we urge anyone keen to

APAC Insider- Q4 2026 | 10 Hyderabad-based process-engineering and manufacturing company Mech O Tech LLP is a noteworthy provider of turnkey solutions for extraction and distillation plants. Working with customers’ raw materials and desired finished-product specifications, Mech O Tech LLP’s team of seasoned experts go above and beyond to achieve absolute excellence. We heard more from the business’ visionary founder and designated partner, Srinivasa Rao Kadali, as it recently secured a double win in our APAC Manufacturing Awards 2026. To begin, Srinivasa told us: “Our team’s engineering expertise dates back to 1997. For example, I have spent nearly three decades working directly with mechanical systems, distillation equipment and botanical extraction. Now, at Mech O Tech LLP, we design, fabricate, install, and commission plants for herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, essential oils, oleoresins, natural colours, proteins and food ingredients, from pilot scale to multi-tonne commercial production.” With decades of combined wisdom behind it, Mech O Tech LLP has become a leader in its sphere. Drawing on such a rich background of experience and acting with the core values of technical honesty, accountability, and long-term performance, in mind, the company continues to bolster its reputation for success. As the team uphold their shared values throughout each and every task, they are able to work harmoniously with any customer. Srinivasa explained: “Our values mean being realistic about yield and purity, designing for the conditions in which the plant will actually operate, and remaining responsible through commissioning, training and after-sales support. We want the customer to receive a working process, not simply a collection of vessels.” For Mech O Tech LLP, “excellence begins before fabrication”. Srinivasa continued: “We first define the feedstock, active marker or target product, solvent system, expected yield, required capacity and applicable quality standards. Our engineers then develop the mass balance, process flow, equipment sizing, utility load, material selection, controls and safety provisions as one connected system. This prevents the gaps that often appear when process design, fabrication and automation are handled by separate vendors.” Backed by its ISO 9001:2015 quality system, documented procedures, stage inspections, and factory testing, Mech O Tech LLP achieves the desired outcome across the manufacturing process. From verifying installation, commissioning, operator training, and operating performance at its 1.5-acre manufacturing site in Hyderabad, to testing designs in real botanical production via its sister company Sureka Life Sciences, Mech O Tech LLP offers an end-to-end service of the highest quality. As a founder-led, hands-on, and engineering-first extraction and distillation plant manufacturer, Mech O Tech LLP approaches challenges with a practical, levelheaded, and experienced attitude. With technology absolutely central to its work, the company balances adopting modern technology with using more traditional tools and processes. Srinivasa elaborated: “A system must improve yield, product consistency, safety, energy use or life-cycle cost, and it must remain serviceable in the customer’s location. Our approach combines modern controls with practical mechanical engineering. The objective is not technology for presentation; it is a stable plant that operators can understand, maintain and run profitably.” “We take responsibility for the connection between the raw material, process, machinery and finished-product specification. That single point of accountability, from process definition and plant manufacture to installation, commissioning and operator support, is the main reason customers involve us in complex projects.” Mech O Tech LLP’s accolades in our awards programme reflect the company’s dual approach to its work. Bestowed with the prestigious title of Best Turnkey Herbal Extraction & Process Plant Manufacturer 2026 – South Asia with our Process Engineering Excellence Award 2026 – South Asia, we are proud to recognise both the physical plant and the vital engineering judgement which makes it perform so well. Speaking of the future, Srinivasa told us: “The remainder of 2026 is focused on execution and controlled expansion. We are delivering a 4 TPD multi-herb extraction facility in Andhra Pradesh, a 4 TPD multi-herb installation in Odisha, a 2 TPD extraction plant in Telangana and a 0.5 TPD curcumin project in Gujarat. These projects strengthen our capability in larger, integrated plants where extraction, concentration, recovery, drying, utilities and automation must perform as one system.” Outside India, Mech O Tech LLP is progressing closer regional support and international expansion across the USA, Singapore, the UAE, the United Kingdom, Nigeria, Ghana, and Germany. Furthermore, Mech O Tech LLP is growing African presence through Kadali Africa Ventures Limited, with locations in Ghana and Nigeria, alongside Mech O Tech Global Inc. in the USA. This will deepen the company’s connection with customers around the globe, while it further strengthens the link between Mech O Tech LLP and Sureka Life Sciences. Srinivasa said: “This is so that customers can move more reliably from a raw material and target specification to process development, pilot-scale validation, and commercial plant design. Our priority is to grow without losing technical control, site responsiveness, or accountability for performance.” Contact Mech O Tech LLP via its website, telephone line, email, or WhatsApp number today to find out more about this award-winning, turnkey herbal extraction plant manufacturer in India. APAC Insider- Q4 2026 | 12 Since its inception in 2021, Afterglow Aesthetics has been on a mission to help clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence through tailored treatments and non-surgical procedures. At the helm of the clinic stands Renee Seneca, an experienced cosmetic nurse whose professional journey has been shaped by a desire to provide a different kind of aesthetics experience. We spoke with Renee to learn more about her journey, as Afterglow Aesthetics is named Australia’s Best Emerging Aesthetic Medicine Company of 2025 in the APAC Business Awards 2025. Best Emerging Aesthetic Medicine Company 2025 – Australia Afterglow Aesthetics is an Adelaide-based cosmetic and skin clinic founded in 2021 by Registered Nurse and Director Renee Seneca. What began as a small nurseled aesthetics business has developed into a multidisciplinary clinic offering cosmetic, skin, regenerative, and wellnessfocused treatments, while maintaining the personalised approach and patient-centred values upon which the business was established. Renee entered the aesthetics industry following a nursing career that included experience across acute healthcare environments, including intensive care, emergency nursing, and genera practice. Her clinical background has played an instrumental role in shaping Afterglow Aesthetics; rather than approaching aesthetics purely from a beauty perspective, the clinic has been developed around clinical assessment, education, safety, realistic expectations, and individualised treatment planning. Renee is also a mother of three children, and building Afterglow Aesthetics has required balancing the demands of motherhood, clinical practice, leadership, and business ownership. This has significantly influenced the culture she has created within the clinic. “Afterglow has grown with the belief that professional ambition and family life do not need to be mutually exclusive,” she told us, “and that a successful business can provide opportunities for its team while remaining connected to the community it serves.” When Renee established Afterglow Aesthetics in 2021, the initial goal was relatively simple: to create a professional environment in which Renee could combine her nursing knowledge with her interest in aesthetic medicine and provide patients with personalised care. As demand increased, the vision expanded. Growth created opportunities to introduce additional practitioners, broaden the treatment offering, invest in new technology, and improve the overall patient journey. Afterglow Aesthetics has achieved measurable yearon-year growth, including approximately 20% growth during a recent reporting period, while continuing to reinvest in equipment, education, staffing, systems, and patient experience. As the clinic has grown, Renee’s role has evolved significantly in tandem. She began primarily as a treating cosmetic nurse and business owner. Today, her responsibilities extend across clinical practice, staff leadership, training, business development, strategy, compliance, education, and mentorship. “This has been an important evolution for me personally,” Renee shared. “I began Afterglow Aesthetics as a Registered Nurse wanting to create something of my own. Today, the business has provided opportunities for me to educate other practitioners and represent South Australia within the broader Australian aesthetics industry. That demonstrates one of the most exciting aspects of the APAC business environment: location no longer has to determine influence.” Now, Afterglow Aesthetics is entering another important stage of growth. Over the past several years, Renee has focused on establishing the clinic’s reputation, building a loyal client base, expanding her team, investing in advanced technologies, and developing a multidisciplinary approach to aesthetics and skin health. The next stage is about taking everything her team has learned to create the infrastructure, leadership, and physical environment required for Afterglow Aesthetics to grow sustainably. The team is currently planning the next home of Afterglow Aesthetics, a significantly larger, purpose-designed clinic that will provide greater treatment capacity, additional rooms, advanced technology spaces, improved patient facilities, team areas, and opportunities for professional education and training. This move represents the transition from a business Renee originally created for herself into the organisation she now wants to build for her patients, employees, and community. “If the first chapter of Afterglow Aesthetics was about proving the idea could work, the next chapter is about proving how far it can go,” Renee concluded. “When I established Afterglow in 2021, I could not have predicted all the opportunities that would follow. Now, our long-term goal is to establish Afterglow Aesthetics as one of South Australia’s leading nurse-led multidisciplinary aesthetics and skin clinics, recognised nationally for our approach to patient care, innovation, education, and business leadership. “Personally, I want to show my three children that something substantial can be built from an idea when you are willing to learn, adapt, and continually put yourself into situations that challenge you.” Contact: Renee Seneca Company: Afterglow Aesthetics Web Address: www.afterglowaesthetics.com.au

APAC Insider- Q4 2026 | 13 Uniting European science with Aussie innovation and reaching 12+ international markets, two APAC Insider honours recognise a business built not around pills or promises, but around nourishment people genuinely enjoy. SANAME is a proudly Australian-owned and operated health food brand delivering collagen and bone broths that heal, repair, nourish, build, and strengthen from the inside out. At the forefront of this nutrition revolution is Peta Warby, the Founder and visionary mind behind SANAME’s industry-leading formulations, turning lived experience, scientific inquiry, and culinary expertise into a new vision of premium functional food, and she is one of those rare Women who Truly are Changing the World through impact, innovation, expertise, and experience, one “Hug in a Mug” at a time. Survival gave Peta Warby her first lesson in the importance of nourishment. Born 15 weeks premature, she would go on to experience the frustration of malabsorption and nutritional challenges firsthand. Those experiences did more than shape her determination, they helped define the problem she would eventually build a business to solve. Today, Peta is the Founder, CEO, and hands-on formulator behind SANAME® the flagship brand under her Quad-Core Labs Group of Companies. SANAME is Australian-owned functionalfood company challenging the idea that sophisticated nutrition must be complicated, clinical or unpleasant to consume. Her mission is unapologetically human: “Heal Humanity Through Functional Food.” At the centre of SANAME is P360®, its hydrolysed, multistructured bovine collagen platform, which incorporates seven collagen types within one formulation. Rather than building a brand around a generic protein powder or standard collagens manufactured for “Protein Enrichment”, Peta has focused on targeted ingredient profile selections that were backed by clinical studies and proven to perform effectively and efficiently. Specific formulation integrity centred around bioactivity, bioavailability, and absorption centred around gut health, malabsorption, and malnutrition then developing practical formats that her formulations can be incorporated into ordinary everyday food and drink routines. SANAME is functional food, not a conventional supplement. It can be sipped from a mug, stirred into a recipe, or incorporated into familiar meals. Peta has built the brand around a deceptively simple insight: people often get flavour fatigue, if it’s too hard or tastes bland or foul people will not make it part of their lifestyle and routine. Even an impressive formulation has little everyday value if people do not enjoy using it and cannot easily fit it into their busy lives and routines. That’s where SANAME is different, it’s affectionately known as A Hug in a Mug® and they have done all the hard work, you just have to boil the kettle. With more than 3.5 million Hugs in Mugs shared worldwide, a 79% returning-customer rate, and a presence across 12+ international markets, these figures speak to more than attention. Numbers like these demonstrate that customers are making the products part of repeat routines, not simply trying a wellness trend once. In a competitive wellness market, Peta was determined to build a commercially resilient food business rather than a shortlived product sensation, and that is exactly what she has done. SANAME has amassed 88+ global awards and recognitions in less than two years, spanning business leadership, product innovation, food, and taste. Among them is a 2026 Superior Taste Award for SUPERBONE® from the International Taste Institute, an endorsement of Peta’s insistence that enjoyable flavour is central to functional food. The APAC Insider CEO of the Year Awards 2026 now add two further distinctions: Functional Health Food Brand CEO of the Year 2026 for Peta Warby and the Functional Nutrition Excellence Award 2026 for SANAME. The pairing is fitting. One recognises the leadership behind the business and the other acknowledges the functionalfood proposition she has brought to market. In the last two years, Peta herself has received over 19 Global honours spanning entrepreneurship, innovation, wellness, and leadership, including Gold recognition within the Most Innovative Women of the Year category in the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. Yet her most distinctive achievement may be refusing to separate product development from the real people expected to use the products. Peta’s ambitions reach beyond direct-to-consumer retail, SANAME is developing pathways for health and wellness practitioners, hospitality, hotels, airlines, workplaces, agedcare environments and other settings where better everyday food choices can make a practical difference. SANAME is also an approved registered NDIS provider, reinforcing its commitment to accessible, realworld support within applicable service arrangements. As the wider Quad-Core Labs group takes shape, Peta is extending that entrepreneurial thinking across functionalfood brands, manufacturing capability, and international partnerships, while SANAME retains its distinctive, premium, practitioner-grade identity. For Peta, the future of functional nutrition is not another product promising everything to everyone. It is a higher standard for what food can offer: considered ingredients, credible formulation, memorable taste and an experience people genuinely want to repeat. From a difficult beginning to global recognition, her story is one of turning personal necessity into an ambitious, scalable purpose to Help Humanity Heal Through Functional Food. So, you can Sip Smart, Stay Healthy, and SANAME your way.
